Daily rates per apartment

A new regulation came into force on 1 May 2017 provides that, only for the first 6 nights, each host will be charged a 1 euro visitors tax; from the seven night the payment will be suspended. Children who have not yet reached the age of 12 and the over 75s are not required to pay the above mentioned tax.

• Children under 4 stay free.
  

• Stays in the months of July and August are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum stay of one week). In other periods we accept bookings for stays of one night. Any requests to change the start and end of stay must be agreed in advance with the direction and only subject to availability.
  

Services included in the price:

• Water, electricity, gas;
  

• Provision of bed linen and towels changed weekly;
  

• Final cleaning;
  

• All that is necessary for the first reception (welcome kit);
  

• Wi-fi available throughout the hotel;
  
• Private parking 100 meters from the property;
• Shuttle service to the Peter Pan lido (Plaja beach).

On request services not included in the price:

• Extra cleaning: €. 10.00 per apartment;
  

• Camping Cot rental: €. 50.00 per week;

• Linen change in advance: €. 10,00 per person;

Terms of payment:

The reservation is valid once the client has sent (by bank money transfer, postal order, cashier's check, credit card or Paypal) the deposit under the article 1382 c.c. the request equal to 30% of the total cost within 7 days of confirmation of availability.
The customer will pay the sum of the balance in cash, by credit card or Paypal, no later than the date of the beginning of the stay  together with the identity documents required for the registration of all guests.
The management reserves the right to make changes to the rates of stays, with the exception of reservations already made.

Cancellation policy:

From the day of the booking until 15 days before the date of arrival, the client may cancel their reservation for free and after that term must correspond to the structure 50% of total cost of the stay.

Availability of apartments:

Check-in from 12:00 p.m., check-out no later than 10:00 a.m.
Check-out past the time indicated must be agreed in advance exclusively with the direction subject to availability, may be authorized with an additional supplement of 50% of the daily rate.
